Director, Transactions Advisory Services
Baker Tilly is a leading advisory, tax and assurance firm, providing clients with a genuine coast-to-coast and global advantage. The Director for Transaction Services will manage client relationships, lead engagement teams, and conduct financial due diligence for transactions.

Managing client relationships
Coaching staff
Coordinating services from other parts of the firm
Researching complex accounting issues
Conducting financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
Managing major engagement responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field required
Minimum 10 years of related experience
CPA required. If not a CPA, must meet educational requirements to obtain CPA license upon hire in state of employment
Must have the ability to analyze complex business and transaction situations
Previous experience supervising and training staff
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
Excellent presentation skills and marketing abilities are required
Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally
Preferred
experience in a large public accounting firm
