Participate in various corporate Intern activities and training opportunities

Proficient with all Word, Excel and Visio software programs

Gain an understanding of technical customer service and the various technologies employed

Complete tasks as assigned and provide feedback

Provide updates as needed to the team and Management

Work with Management team on various projects

Utilizing knowledge gained from education to give suggestions on process enhancements
