Associate Brand Manager

Marmon Fastener Company, a leader in the construction fastener industry and part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking an Associate Brand Manager. This role involves guiding products from concept to launch through strategic marketing efforts, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product visibility and performance.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and new product opportunities. This includes involvement in voice of customer interviews, focus groups, and surveys to gather actionable insights that inform product development and improvement
Manage the product development process using Stage Gate methodology, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement of existing products
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, including crafting messaging, positioning, and promotional campaigns to ensure successful product introductions in the market
Create compelling marketing materials and content that enhance product shopability, guiding customers through their buying journey and helping them understand our product offerings
Develop and execute promotional campaigns for strategic product lines within our portfolio, utilizing market insights to create targeted messaging that resonates with our audience
Analyze market data, customer feedback, and product performance to guide product marketing strategies and adjust campaigns as needed
Work closely with sales, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive product messaging and successful launch execution

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Strong project management skills; familiarity with the Stage Gate process is a plus

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, customer insights, and product performance
Understanding of marketing fundamentals, including product positioning, branding, and campaign execution
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a passion for product marketing and innovation
