Responsibilities

Be responsible for designing operational processes based on business needs (M&A, Corp Development)
Provide a number of viable options to solve problems identified from the capitalization process
Identify control gaps / improvements in vehicle capitalization
Identify and resolve complex technical accounting issues quickly & accurately
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Corp Development, Treasury, FP&A , BSE, and tax, to provide accounting guidance on business initiatives and new transactions

Required

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
4+ years of experience in a public accounting firm
Ability to travel 1-2 times per year
At least 2 years at a Big 4, CPA

Preferred

Strong understanding of US GAAP, particularly in the areas of inventory, fixed assets, and treasury accounting
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills; and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and to lead and drive complex initiatives
Proven experience in technical accounting research and documentation
Experience in the tech industry or treasury
Experience with SAP Cloud
