You will optimize complex processes across diverse functions, ensuring operational efficiency while upholding risk and compliance standards

You will mentor and inspire a high-performing team of approximately 200, fostering collaboration, talent growth, and a culture of continuous improvement

You will drive the adoption of automation and AI to streamline operations, enhance scalability, and improve the client experience

You will build trusted relationships with internal partners, vendors, regulators, and industry peers to deliver impactful business outcomes
