Email Channel Marketing Manager

They are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Manager to lead strategy and execution for the email marketing channel, focusing on delivering personalized, data-informed communications to support acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage email campaigns across lifecycle stages, including onboarding, engagement, and cross-sell
Design and optimize templates for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance
Ensure content is timely, relevant, and aligned with brand and compliance standards
Leverage segmentation and behavioral data to deliver targeted messaging
Collaborate with MarTech and analytics teams to implement automation and dynamic content
Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine strategies
Partner with product, creative, and member experience teams to align messaging and timing
Coordinate with compliance and CRM teams to ensure regulatory integrity
Support strategic planning and calendar development for email initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
4+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
Proficiency in email platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Marketo)
Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and performance metrics
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
Preferred
Experience in financial services or regulated industries
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design
Knowledge of member journey mapping and personalization strategies
