Program Finance Manager
CPI Aerostructures is seeking a Program Finance Manager who will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer. The role involves developing, tracking, and reporting on program financial performance, as well as providing financial guidance to Program Managers and overseeing sales and margin forecasts.

Responsibilities
Provide financial guidance to Program Managers to drive strong program financial performance across programs
Provide supporting documentation for proposals and fact finding
Oversee sales and margin forecast, including funding status, billings and cash flow forecast
Support the preparation of quarterly EACs, ensuring that accurate and timely information is captured by program
Manage the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial metric reports and provide reviews with the leadership and internal customers
Provide weekly cost and schedule monitoring highlighting any variances to the Program Manager
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in program finance, preferably within the defense or aerospace industry
Strong analytical, modeling and forecasting skills
Demonstrated experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data modeling, analysis)
Proven ability to partner with Program Management and executive leadership
Strong knowledge of government accounting standards, including FAR, DFARS, and CAS
