Digital Product Manager
Sporting Kansas City is experiencing growth in men’s soccer in the US, and they are seeking a Digital Product Manager to enhance their mobile and loyalty experiences. The role involves leading the mobile app development, driving engagement and retention, and ensuring a user-centric approach to product management.

Responsibilities
Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation, user research, and requirements definition to launch, post-launch analysis, and iteration. You are the ultimate owner of the mobile app P&L and KPIs
Own and evolve the core app experience, including navigation, home screen, personalization, notifications, and shared UX, ensuring consistency across product verticals
Drive a cohesive UX strategy through close collaboration with cross-functional teams and vertical product leaders, aligning on a unified app vision and high-quality execution
Champion a deep understanding of our fans/users. Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and data analysis to identify user pain points and opportunities for innovation that will drive retention and delight through our loyalty program
Leverage data and insights to optimize user journeys, boost engagement, reduce friction, and lead discovery on strategic initiatives like app unification and personalization
Stay at the forefront of mobile technology trends, platform guidelines (iOS and Android), and emerging best practices to ensure Sporting KC apps remain innovative and competitive
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional working experience
4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on mobile app management
Strong knowledge of loyalty program execution
Ability to attend home games and some travel to away games
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, or additional experience in lieu of a degree focused on digital products
Previous experience in sports, e-commerce is a plus
