Responsibilities
Lead the work, professional and team development of direct reports
Achieve defined daily scorecard targets including safety, lead time, productivity and quality assurance metrics
Maintain and implement a schedule of value-stream-level Continuous Improvement projects, events and interventions
Deploy company strategy in accordance with defined protocols
Optimize production schedules
Liaison with members of the organization including sales, administration, finance and operations toward the dual goal of customer satisfaction and company profitability
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and Hoshin Kanri / Strategy Deployment
Strong leadership and communication skills
A passion for process excellence and team development
