Responsibilities

Support production leaders by helping coordinate daily schedules and workforce planning using data, standard work, and process insights
Monitor day-to-day workflow to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring products meet quality expectations and delivery timelines
Assist with hands-on training and onboarding, supporting standard work and process documentation to help team members learn and follow standard operating procedures
Work with teams across the facility to help identify and resolve operational challenges through collaboration and problem-solving
Take part in real continuous improvement projects using Lean and continuous improvement tools aimed at boosting productivity and reducing waste
Help promote a safe and compliant work environment by reinforcing safety standards and company policies while supporting consistent and efficient daily operations

Required

Enrollment in a related bachelor's degree program such as Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Engineering Technology, Business, Operations Management, Safety Management / Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), or Supply Chain Management, or a related field
On track to graduate in the next two years or less
A curious mindset with a strong interest in improving processes and finding better ways of working through data, analysis, and problem-solving
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement mindset, as well as emotional intelligence and self-awareness
Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution, team accountability, high engagement, adaptability, and resilience when working with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

3D modelling software experience will be a plus
Experience working with basic hand tools
