Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including business, legal, compliance, technology, and design—to ensure solutions are client-centric, compliant, and aligned with brand standards. Own or contribute significantly to product roadmaps, manage and prioritize the backlog, and facilitate decision-making to enable successful product delivery
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, monitoring key performance indicators such as sales, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Develop and implement strategies to ensure products meet or exceed goals
Support onboarding, training, and coaching of product analysts and cross-functional Agile teams, providing feedback and recognition to foster individual and team development
Coordinate with other product owners and team members to plan strategic, complementary release schedules and identify necessary operational changes. Help define reusable solutions and shared components for broader adoption
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of relevant professional experience
Preferred
Demonstrated Product Ownership experience
Professional experience developing products in Financial Services, Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Advice
Familiarity with Agile frameworks
