Responsibilities
Build dynamic financial models that provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making, evaluate business performance, new initiatives, and investment opportunities
Develop strong systems for forecasting, scenario modeling, risk analyses and business case development to guide executive decision-making
Drive portfolio management processes, including performance tracking and resource allocation
Provide live reporting to assist key managers and speed up actions and decision making that drive performance
Partner with business leaders to link financial outcomes to operational metrics
Serve as a trusted member of the leadership team
Enable business partners with financial insights that drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence
Lead the development of our AI roadmap within Finance, identifying and implementing AI-driven forecasting, planning, and reporting capabilities
Champion automation and advanced analytics to improve accuracy, speed, and decision-making across financial processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
7+ years of increasing responsibilities within an accounting/finance organization
2+ years of FP&A leadership
Proven track record of advancing FP&A processes and tools
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
Proven leadership experience
Communication skills to drive organizational alignment
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
