Execute national go-to-market strategies for all product launches, ensuring seamless integration into the retail environment
Collaborate with 3PL partners to address staffing, performance management, and key market initiatives
Validate scheduling and workforce alignment with business needs in partnership with the 3PL team
Support operational effectiveness by overseeing co-employment challenges and providing solutions for seamless execution
