They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for their Aerospace and Defense Interconnect Solutions Business Unit, responsible for managing project execution, cost, schedule, and quality to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Planning, organizing, and controlling resources/processes across multiple programs and with cross-functional internal and external teams to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints

Utilizes & follows standard project scheduling and planning tools per applicable project management processes. Assists in developing project management best practices/templates/tools

Organizes, understands, and analyzes consolidated project status and financial information for reporting and action

Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets

Leads and/or participates in customer and project meetings reviews, and tracks progress of day-to-day commitments

Ensures that problems and issues are dealt with in a structured manner, using accepted problem solving and root cause analysis. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Ensures appropriate corrective actions are taken

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required

5+ years of project management experience in fast paced environments with high revenue projects

Proven ability to develop effective, matrixed, cross-organization projects and best practices, collaborating and communicating across business and functional stakeholders

Effective written, oral and presentation skills with technical and non-technical team members

Ability to foster teamwork and cross-functional collaboration

Ability to manage multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously

Able to travel (~25-30%), mainly to Customer and TTM A&D sites, in support of program requirements and milestones

Must be a US Citizen with the ability to hold a current U.S. Government security clearance to SECRET level
