The ideal candidate will have general maintenance experience and a working knowledge of various apartment functions.

Responsibilities
Keep track of all vacating, vacant and rented apartments
Schedule clean-outs and repairs with Turn Team
Coordinate with vendors for painting, carpets, etc
Order supplies, cabinets, appliances for efficient turnover of the vacants
Perform and work together with contractors and all employees
Have a working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, cleaning
Monitor vendor activity
Approve vendor work for payment
Inspect ready apartments
Qualification
Required
Bilingual Spanish/English
Working knowledge of apartment functions
General maintenance experience in electric, plumbing, drywall, flooring, appliances, windows, and locks
Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, cleaning
