Responsibilities

Lead the creation of brand appropriate presentations; clearly communicate design concepts, oversee accuracy of space planning and comprehensive product selections
Lead multiple phases of the design process including one-on-one client consultations, site visits, design development, presentations and installations
Qualify and educate potential design clientele on services offered by RH Interior Design
Provide product expertise and elevated service with a focus on furnishings, hard surfaces & construction documentation
Provide a luxury experience for RH clientele through the RH Interior Design services
Maintain a strong interest in the luxury and design industry
Coordinate with external partners and vendors to source and conceptualize product and materials
Be a present member of the design industry in your city and community. Build and foster strong vendor relationships
Be an industry expert and stay current with industry trends and events
Qualification
Required
Art, Architecture and/or Interior Design education degree required or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Sketch UP & other space planning/rendering related programs required
Proficiency with Mac Operating System, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications required
Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strategic and mental agility
Highly collaborative
People and relationship driven
Results-oriented
Preferred
NCIDQ certified
Strong artistic skills, including hand rendering and sketching capabilities
Experience within a design/architecture firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail
Hands-on interior installation experience
Driver's license
