Responsibilities
Collaborate with end customers to understand business processes and requirements
Develop and provide expert guidance on SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition capabilities, best practices, and implementation strategies
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition solutions using the SAP Activate Methodology
Ensure solutions align with end customers’ needs and requirements and SAP Fit to Standard best practices
Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project completion
Navigate and manage multiple implementation projects in parallel
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to deliver cohesive solutions
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear understanding of project scopes, timelines, and deliverables
Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and stakeholders
Create detailed documentation for system configurations and processes
Provide ongoing support and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition systems after completion of the initial implementation
Identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimization to improve business processes
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience with cloud ERP implementations
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Remote in North America with some travel required
