Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies aligned with business goals
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training effectiveness
Lead data-driven decision making to optimize training programs
Partner with field and support leadership to improve training experiences
Manage training budget and resource allocation effectively
Lead and develop a team of 8-10 Training Managers
Establish and maintain training quality standards
Drive performance metrics and process improvements
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Create career development opportunities for team members
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives
Drive technological adoption in training delivery
Lead change management efforts across regions
Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships
Represent ALD in senior leadership meetings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years Amazon experience
5+ years of management experience, including managing leaders
Preferred
Ability to handle changing priorities and stressful situations
Proven track record of taking ownership, managing conflicting priorities and driving results
Ability to actively use training data to track, trend, and manage training efforts
A qualified candidate will be focused on how training contributes to the company's bottom line and will have the analytical skills to justify programmatic decisions with data
Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing priorities
