Senior Manager, Demand Generation & ABX - Cybersecurity
SimSpace is an organization focused on building a human-centered culture and enhancing its atmosphere. They are seeking a hands-on Senior Manager of Demand Generation & ABX to drive sales-qualified pipeline through industry-specific marketing campaigns in the cybersecurity sector.

Responsibilities
Test & learn quickly to determine which channels are most efficient at driving pipeline on an industry-specific basis
Execute multi-channel campaigns at scale to efficiently drive qualified pipeline that meets or exceeds our industry-specific pipeline goals
Design and implement ABX strategies, processes, and software to educate, engage, and convert target accounts
Plan & execute offline & online events on an industry-specific basis to help convert leads into qualified pipeline opportunities in the most efficient manner possible
Partner very closely with Content and Digital Marketers as well as with Solution Architects, Sales, CS, and Product to ensure our messages and offers are appealing to our primary buyer personas within our ideal customer profiles
Have a data-first approach to engage prospects showing active buying intent with the appropriate messages and calls to action to get them to convert
Regularly analyze and report out on channel-specific campaign ROI performance
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of campaign planning and execution experience in cybersecurity or similarly complex enterprise B2B environments
Strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in all aspects of demand generation & ABX
Genuine interest and natural tendency to collaborate closely across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
Ability to execute high-impact pipeline campaigns
Experience in testing & learning quickly to determine the most engaging messages and efficient channels for driving qualified pipeline
Experience in running optimized, online & offline, industry-specific campaigns at global scale
Attention to target accounts in each industry with highly tailored messaging and offers
Ability to act as the de facto orchestra conductor across the marketing team and cross-functionally
Experience in building and leading a marketing pipeline generation machine
Data-driven approach to engage prospects showing active buying intent
Ability to analyze and report on channel-specific campaign ROI performance
Scrupulous when it comes to managing to a pre-determined budget
Data-driven and continuously seeking to optimize marketing performance/efficiency
Ability to understand deeply which messages and channels are most efficient at producing pipeline
Enjoy building a highly efficient marketing generation and ABX engine
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excel at aligning marketing campaigns with business objectives and revenue goals
Passion for innovation and testing new approaches and trialing marketing tactics and software
Highly analytical, metrics-driven, and ROI-minded
Successful track record of implementing and managing ABX workflows, processes, and technology
Hands-on expertise with essential martech software, including Asana, Hubspot, Salesforce, and Hockeystack
Expertise in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels
Test/learn approach focused on continuously optimizing campaigns based on data and constructive feedback
Proven track record of driving Sales-qualified pipeline from Fortune 500 enterprises
Strong track record of collaborating across Marketing, Pre-Sales, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams
