Responsibilities
Preparing the Monthly Operating Review (MOR) presentation for all business units
Assist Controllers in the preparation of supplemental schedules to the financial statements
Perform variance analysis comparing actual results versus budget, prior year, and forecast for SG&A and overhead (OH) accounts
Maintain and update KPI reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency across business units
Provide detailed margin erosion (waste) analysis, including root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action (CA) reporting
Standardize and automate monthly reporting and dashboard processes in partnership with the IT department
Manage the company’s Capital Expenditure (CapEx) budget and track year-to-date (YTD) spend
Maintain Balance-to-Spend schedules and ensure proper reconciliation and reporting
Oversee monthly depreciation calculations and communicate related journal entries to Controllers
Maintain and distribute the monthly financial reporting calendar to ensure timely deliverables
Support inventory management by assisting with business unit cycle counts and year-end inventory counts
Conduct profitability analyses for new product offerings to support business case development
Prepare supplemental financial reports, including data extraction from ERP systems, data cleansing, and transformation into actionable Excel-based visual deliverables
Collaborate with business unit Controllers to prepare reports under tight deadlines and provide insightful monthly results analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
2-4 years of relevant FP&A, finance, forecasting, and budgeting experience
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executive leadership
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of management
Consistently represent the company in a positive, professional, and ethical manner
Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and with exceptional attention to detail
Proactively identify and communicate potential issues to the Director of FP&A
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively

Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence (BI) tools
