The role focuses on API data mapping and requirements decomposition for a healthcare interoperability program, ensuring developers receive clear requirements by translating business needs into actionable technical stories.

Responsibilities

Perform source-to-target data mapping for APIs and FHIR resources
Document detailed requirements in Jira user stories
Collaborate with Solution Architects and developers to refine designs
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business outcomes
Work directly with business stakeholders to confirm functional expectations

Qualification

Required

Strong experience in requirements gathering and data mapping
Familiarity with API-based integrations
Experience working across the full SDLC, including UAT
Agile/Scrum team experience
Excellent documentation skills

Preferred

FHIR knowledge or hands-on experience
Healthcare domain experience (payer or provider)
Prior experience supporting regulatory-driven initiatives
