Stott & May is a recruitment and consulting business based in London and New York, rapidly scaling across the US. The role focuses on building high-performing teams for large enterprise and consulting clients in the fields of Data, AI, Enterprise Technology, and Software Engineering.
Responsibilities
Experienced recruiters (Senior or Principal level and above) who want to sharpen their sales skills, own a vertical, and build something bigger than themselves
Ambitious newcomers from any background such as sales, sport, or other performance-driven fields, who are motivated and coachable
You’ll thrive on owning the full sales process, not just be part of it
You’re hungry to learn and develop your sales skills
You want to build a business, not just a 'desk'
Contract recruiters need to disrupt supply chains and convince stakeholders they are the right partner with the right solution to get them to where they need to be
