Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between clients, providers, and the WLG team to coordinate care
Collaborate with internal teams to address client treatment needs during litigation
Build and maintain client trust through empathetic communication and care coordination
Manage client schedules, resolve calendar conflicts, and arrange travel as needed
Gather and report client information related to injuries and case progress
Update and maintain client appointment data in internal systems (Filevine, Power BI)
Attend meetings to review and address client care requirements
Create and manage documentation to guide workflows and address challenges
Qualification
Required
Entry-level healthcare experience (unit clerk, MA, or similar)
High School Diploma preferred
Preferred
Preferred experience in a physician's office or clinic setting
