Responsibilities

Data collection, normalization, and visualization activities associated with a diverse set of Data; consisting of Network, streaming and UC performance, cost, service location, system warranty, and incident ticket data

Performing data queries against monitoring systems leveraging a variety of programming languages (C#, SQL, Java, Python, and/or R)

Overseeing data ingesting into enterprise data mining solutions, and generates custom visualization and dashboards to answer todays and future business objectives

Generates visualization and dashboards suited to the purpose of the data query

Splunk IT Service IntelligenceTableauData normalizationC#SQLPythonRData visualizationIAT IITS/SCI clearanceSoft skills

Required

IAT II, Splunk IT Service Intelligence Certified Admin credential

TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain a polygraph

Demonstrated experience using Splunk ITSI and Tableau data mining solutions

Demonstrated experience integrating data from multiple network monitoring/health tools (i.e., HPNA, NNMI) with Splunk and ServiceNow

12+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor's Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience)
