They are seeking highly motivated students to join their team as Application Engineering Co-ops, where they will perform market research, assist with product design and documentation, and collaborate with various teams to contribute to product strategy and development.

Responsibilities

Perform market and competitor research to support product health analysis and new product definition

Assist with the design, documentation, and testing of product selection software used by customers and internal teams

Analyze customer needs and translate customer value points into software logic, tools, and documentation

Support development of training, educational, and marketing materials that communicate product features and benefits

Partner with application engineers, product management, and marketing teams to ensure a competitive and customer-focused product offerings

Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and operations teams to gain exposure to the full product lifecycle, while contributing to cross-functional discussions around product strategy, performance, and continuous improvement

Enrollment in a related bachelor's degree program (Mechanical, Industrial, Technology, Manufacturing or Applied Engineering etc. or similar degree with technical aptitude)
