Responsibilities
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CEM for Public Sector, particularly State and Local Government
Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality features and enhancements
Gather and prioritize customer feedback and market insights to inform product decisions
Develop detailed requirements and user stories that translate customer needs into actionable development tasks
Ensure seamless integration of government regulations to enhance product compliance
Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to enable effective go-to-market strategies and customer adoption
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a SaaS environment and in Public Sector
Experience building and delivering both SaaS and mobile products, with a strong understanding of how the two interact to drive user value
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha!)
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Passion for technology and a keen interest in emerging trends in critical event management and business continuity
Preferred
Familiarity with Critical Event Management solutions, Public Notification solutions, Nixle is a plus
