Strategize, launch, optimize, and scale Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns
Own budget pacing, bid strategies, and channel-level performance
Partner closely with the creative team to test, iterate, and scale high-performing ad concepts
Lead creative testing frameworks across YouTube and Google placements
Analyze performance data and deliver clear insights, learnings, and recommendations
Continuously identify opportunities to improve CAC, ROAS, and overall efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strategize, launch, optimize, and scale Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns
3+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling Google & YouTube ad accounts
Proven track record managing meaningful budgets with strong performance outcomes
Deep experience testing and iterating on a high volume of creative assets
