Program Management Coordinator
The University of California, Riverside is seeking a Program Management Coordinator for the School of Medicine. This role supports community-focused health education and promotion programs by coordinating activities, collaborating with partners, and assisting with program evaluation.

Responsibilities
Supports the development, coordination, and delivery of community-focused health education and promotion programs
Applies professional public health concepts to plan workshops and outreach activities
Collaborates with community partners, supports data collection and program evaluation, and assists in creating culturally responsive educational materials
Helps advance SMPPH/CHC’s mission to improve community health through effective, evidence-based health promotion initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training
Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Sociology, or Public Policy
2 - 4 years of related experience
Familiar with conducting assessments and surveys to determine health education needs
Design health education and promotional materials and aids including flyers, videos, audio clips, images, etc
Developing health communication plans and delivery methods for partners
Working knowledge of the health promotion and education field
Ability to acquire the requisite skills to analyze, interpret and respond to client needs
Effective interpersonal skills needed to work with a diverse client group
Working knowledge of the design and delivery of related programs
Skills associated with both the development and delivery of health education programs and services
Engaging coalitions of stakeholders to address community health issues and promote advocacy
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Exceptional ability to achieve sustainable health education and promotion program results
Knowledge or health education and promotion programs, policies, and trends
Strong ability to develop and deliver presentations
Preferred
Master of Public Health or Master of Philosophy in Public Health, Master of Science in Public Health, Master of Medical Science in Public Health
