Responsibilities
Supports and implements analytics and modeling prototypes and solutions and collaborates with team members and stakeholders for refinement and improvement
Develops user-friendly dashboards and tools that provide operational and feasibility insights to assist trial planning and execution
Contributes to the development of portfolio-level clinical trial operational data & analytics solutions to meet specific project needs and supports efforts to maintain adaptability and reliability of the solutions
Enables automated data aggregation, executes technical workflows for analytics tools and pipelines, collaborating with team members to improve operational use
Supports secure implementation of analytics workflows to meet scalability and security objectives
Contributes to development of operational data governance standards and best practices, and ensures compliance with clinical operation data integrity and company policies
Qualification
Required
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, Statistical Programming or related disciplines
MS with minimum 6+ years of experience or Bachelor with minimum 9+ years of experience, preferred in pharma/biotech, CROs or healthcare settings
At least 5+ years of experience in data engineering, modeling, analytics, or solution architecture
Proven record in developing data architecture, tools and platforms to support modeling, visualization, and real-time analytics
Strong hands-on with programming (i.e., Python, R, SQL etc.), application development (Shiny, Streamlit etc.) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Spotfire, Qlik etc.)
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for implementing data workflows and analytics solutions
Familiarity with clinical trial and RWD data standards (CDISC, OMOP, CTMS etc.), EDC systems, and regulatory requirements for clinical trial data
Strong problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges in clinical trial data analytics, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment
Preferred
Deep understanding of clinical development process, trial planning and execution
Exposure to AI/ML tools or frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and knowledge with AI/ML concepts applied to clinical trial use cases
