Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end customer experience for AMI Training Center programs by organizing and leading program initiatives

Develop and implement a structured customer onboarding process for AMI programs

Manage all registrations, payments, and cancellations for AMI Immersive programs

Collaborate with Customer Operations, Allergan Direct, and ICP teams to ensure timely customer payments and product fulfillment

Develop and manage all Cvent registration pages for Austin Training Center programs, including oversight of the Veeva process

Manage ongoing program communications with participating HCPs

Serve as co-primary point of contact, alongside the Program Experience Manager, for all programs at the AMI Training Center in Austin. This includes overseeing daily operations for AMI Training Center programs and managing other corporate programs and events held at the location

Support daily operational tasks during educational programs, including food and beverage management, site setup and preparation, and overall site management

Lead and manage the customer educational journey before, during, and after programs

Oversee and manage the AMI Training Center app

Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction

Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers

Address concerns and implement measures to continuously improve the overall customer experience

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless program integration

Assist in delivering on-site customer experience strategies and managing customer events

Maintain a high level of knowledge of Allergan Aesthetics products and programs

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree required

At least 5 years of experience in program management, training and development, event planning, or hospitality required

Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Highly flexible and adaptable to a rapidly changing environment

High level of accountability, reliability, agility, and responsiveness

Strong attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality

High-energy, self-motivated, and task-oriented

Comfortable integrating technology into training initiatives

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Flexibility to work extended hours and overtime, including weekends, is required

Ability to travel domestically up to 30% or more (including overnight travel) is required

Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence and a good driving record

Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with appropriate regulations and all other international regulatory requirements observed by Allergan Aesthetics

Ability to read, understand and abide by company procedures

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and report on findings
