Responsibilities
Review and analyze personal insurance accounts for appropriate coverage levels and policy limits; provide expert recommendations to clients
Develop, nurture, and maintain effective client relationships to ensure all service and coverage needs are consistently met
Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth through cross-selling, up-selling, and referral generation
Prepare accurate documentation, including policy applications, invoices, and quotes, in alignment with client specifications and agency standards
Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of client data within the agency management system
Qualification
Required
Proven experience servicing personal lines accounts within an insurance agency environment
Comprehensive knowledge of personal lines coverages, products, and carrier markets
Active Producer's license required
