Sabre Systems, LLC is seeking a Senior Systems Security Engineer/Operations Research Analyst to support the Naval Aviation Training Systems and Ranges Program Office at Patuxent River Naval Air Station. The role involves reviewing system security architecture, integrating security requirements, and providing technical guidance to ensure the success of air combat training programs.

Responsibilities

Review and communicate system security architecture and requirements for TCTSII and future Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) air combat training programs

Integrate systems security requirements into systems architectures and development, to include Cross-Domain Solution (CDS), cryptographic and anti-tamper requirements

Develop and assist with the processes for approval of security systems by National Security Agency (NSA) and Navy entities

Provides high-level subject matter expertise, analysis, and technical guidance to support project execution

Plan programs to meet current and future systems security requirements

Execute risk management, identify vulnerabilities, assess risk and implement mitigation strategies

Provides advanced technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, training, and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems

Administers complex areas of the network, security analysis, and planning

Required

Management, Technical or Scientific MS or MA degree from an accredited college or university

ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION Business, Management, Technical or Scientific BS or BA degree from an accredited college or university and an additional four (4) years of recent and relevant experience

At least ten (10) years of recent and relevant experience in an engineering or operations analysis position, three (3) of which must be directly related to DoD systems

Demonstrated experience in area of engineering expertise is required

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Clear communications and teamwork skills working in a collaborative environment

Active Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance required

This position will required SCI/SAP access
