Responsibilities
Owning the product roadmap for major components of the DuploCloud platform, from concept to launch and iteration
Collaborating with customers to deeply understand feature requests, pain points, and use cases
Coordinating across multiple engineering teams, managing dependencies, cross-team communication, and timelines
Translating complex DevOps workflows into intuitive, user-friendly product experiences
Working with sales, marketing, operations, and customer success to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption
Presenting roadmaps and product updates to customers, partners, and executive stakeholders
Using data to continuously evaluate product performance and drive iterative improvement
Qualification
Required
Have 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS, developer platforms, or cloud infrastructure
Previously worked as a DevOps engineer, SRE, or cloud architect, or have equivalent hands-on experience with infrastructure
Have strong working knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP—and can speak fluently about their differences and tradeoffs
Understand modern DevOps tooling and practices, including CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform, and infrastructure-as-code
Excel at coordinating complex technical projects with multiple teams and stakeholders
Are comfortable presenting to a variety of audiences—from customers to webinars
Are highly organized, self-driven, and thrive in fast-paced startup environments
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Certifications like AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or GCP Associate Cloud Engineer are a plus
Agile, Scrum, or Product Owner certifications are also a bonus but not required
Bonus points for experience with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, HIPAA, or FedRAMP
