Chartwells Higher Education is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR operations within a dynamic campus dining environment, assisting with various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Assist with employee onboarding and orientation processes

Support recruitment efforts, including posting jobs and scheduling interviews

Help maintain HR records and databases accurately

Assist with employee engagement activities and recognition programs

Provide administrative support for HR compliance and reporting

Collaborate with HR team on special projects as needed

Qualification

Required

Currently enrolled as a student at LSU or nearby institution

Interest in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
