Handling Colorado and California litigation matters from start to finish
Responding to pleadings
Managing discovery
Taking depositions
Arguing motions
Participating in mediations
Working with clients on various challenges under state and federal employment laws
Drafting & revising handbooks
Training and similar activities

Qualification

Colorado Bar LicenseCalifornia Bar LicenseEmployment Law ExperienceLitigation ExperienceAnalytical SkillsWriting SkillsProject ManagementTeam CollaborationGrowth Mindset

Required

Colorado and California license
3-6 years of experience
Excellent academic credentials
Strong writing and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Admission to the Colorado Bar
Admission to the California Bar
