Responsibilities
Maintain a proactive attitude toward safety by keeping your work area clean and reporting any guest incidents
Perform maintenance duties, including carpentry, painting, electrical work, HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment repair
Use precision measuring devices, circuit diagrams, and mechanical blueprints to assist in repairs and maintenance
Provide emergency repairs and maintenance for all facilities and equipment as needed
Detect faulty operations and report any unusual situations to the appropriate supervision
Manage inventory of equipment and parts to ensure operational readiness
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
