Responsibilities
Architect and oversee the development of scalable, enterprise-grade ML systems that handle complex data and model requirements
Develop and refine advanced statistical models to address intricate business challenges
Lead the deployment of models into production environments, ensuring robustness, scalability, and maintainability
Design and implement REST API integrations for seamless model deployment and accessibility
Provide strategic leadership on AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and technological goals
Drive innovation by adopting and implementing cutting-edge frameworks such as Transformers and LLMs
Stay ahead of trends in NLP, deep learning, and AI research to inform the organization’s strategic initiatives
Mentor, coach, and lead multi-disciplinary teams of AI/ML engineers and data scientists
Collaborate with executive teams to define AI strategy, investment, and roadmap
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines
12+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, architecture, or leadership
Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI solutions that deliver measurable business value
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences
Extensive experience in designing scalable ML architectures at an enterprise level
Deep expertise in advanced statistical modeling techniques
Proven success in model development, deployment, and scaling
Strong experience integrating AI models via REST APIs in production environments
Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), deep learning, and transformer-based models
Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms such as AWS SageMaker or Azure AI
Demonstrated leadership in AI strategy and innovation, influencing organizational AI roadmap
Familiarity with emerging AI frameworks including Transformers and Large Language Models (LLMs)
