Responsibilities

Develop and administer all Document Control related activities – including but not limited to maintaining client compliance and managing the receipt, transfer, tracking, and storing of project documents
Coordinate, supervise, and delegate daily duties of the document control staff
Coach and evaluate the document control staff
Develop and execute training of document control staff
Develop and coordinate new policies and procedures regarding document control processes
Provide training to other departments on document control procedures
Respond to requests of all types from teammates, supervisors, clients, and vendors
Manage distribution matrix to ensure the proper distribution of project data is appropriate and consistent to project needs

Required

Highly knowledgeable about standard document control standards, process, procedures, and systems
Extreme attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
Ability to solve problems and handle conflicting priorities in a fast-paced work environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities
Proficient communicating with clients and technical/engineering teammates
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam
