Responsibilities

Implement and optimize automation to accelerate core Legal and Real Estate business processes
Successfully deliver the technology roadmap for Legal and Real Estate applications, focusing on AI and new system implementations
Build, mentor, and maintain a high-performing technical team focused on continuous process improvement
Ensure the stability, security, and continuous compliance of all Legal, RE, and MDM systems
Leverage emerging technology (especially AI) to continuously improve process flow and organizational capability

Required

5-7 years of progressive experience in IT/Technology, with a minimum of 3 years in a people leadership position responsible for managing and mentoring technical staff
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field
Proven, direct experience managing, supporting, and optimizing application portfolios within the following domains: Real Estate/Construction and Legal
Experience with Real Estate Management Systems (Lucernix), Lease Administration platforms, and Construction Project Management systems, Site Selection systems
Experience with Legal Matter Management (LawVu), Corporate Compliance systems, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools
Foundational understanding and experience with Master Data Management (MDM) systems for critical data assets (e.g., location, vendor, contract data)
Demonstrated ability to implement workflow automation, driving measurable improvements in process Turnaround Time (TAT) and reducing manual intervention
Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) specifically for document intelligence, such as automated data extraction from leases and contracts
Proven capability in recommending and implementing Business Process Redesign to align technology with optimal process flow
Strong track record of people management, including hiring, career development, and daily coaching of technical professionals
Ability to conduct effective change management and training to ensure high adoption of new, automated solutions across business units
Skilled in stakeholder management and communication, capable of presenting technology initiatives and business cases to management and executive audiences
Must be able to work in a busy, crowded, and loud office with frequent distractions and interruptions
Must be able to collaborate in-person with occasional impromptu in-person meetings
Adaptability to typical office conditions, which may include exposure to air conditioning, heating, artificial lighting, and varying noise levels
Ability to sit, stand, reach, twist, stretch, and work at a desk for long stretches. Must be able to occasionally move or lift office items up to 25 pounds
Hearing must be sufficient or correctable to ensure clear understanding of spoken information, including participating in virtual meetings and phone calls
Ability to read and write in English is essential for processing documents, drafting reports, and following up on necessary actions
Vision must be adequate or correctable to perform essential job duties, such as reading documents on a computer screen and using other visual tools
Must be proficient in operating a computer and other office productivity tools such as printers, scanners, and collaboration software
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders via email, video conferencing, and other in office communication tools
