Responsibilities

Lead change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and resistance management

Reviewing and evaluating change requests

Collaborating on time impact analyses for change requests, approvals

Ensuring contractual obligations are met throughout change process

Aiding in preparation of detailed change orders, detailing the change, associated costs, revised schedule, and necessary approvals

Change control record maintenance, ensuring all submittals, modifications, etc., are tracked and recorded accurately throughout the project lifecycle

Support change management plans and strategies to aid in successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies

Partner with project teams and project controls to ensure change management considerations are integrated into project plans and activities

2+ years technical documentation evaluation experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
