Experience in loan origination for large, structured commercial real estate finance transactions, including mezzanine loans and preferred equity
Familiarity with asset management and workout scenarios
Ability to independently manage transactions for both borrowers and lenders from inception through closing and post-closing
Exposure to secondary market repurchase facilities and other exit strategies
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of experience in real estate finance
Strong academic background
Prior experience at a large law firm
