Incorporate new technology into advanced development prototypes for next-generation front-end systems

Provide network administration for network processor research labs, fielding of systems, and support of fielded systems

Required

Possession of one (1) of the following certifications is required: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA), Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technically similar discipline from an accredited college or university

Within the last five (5) years, a minimum of three (3) years of experience establishing LANs, including creation and configuration of common services

Within the last five (5) years, a minimum of three (3) years of experience assembling and configuring equipment racks comprised of switches and Linux hosts, including installation of fiber optic and copper cabling

Within the last five (5) years, a minimum of three (3) years of experience administering Linux systems, including installation of servers using PXE (e.g., Cobbler/Kickstart), producing RPMs for custom software installation, and/or installation of Ubuntu and Red Hat Linux servers

Within the last five (5) years, a minimum of two (2) years of experience with large system administration environments exceeding 100 nodes

US citizenship and an active security clearance required
