Responsibilities
Maintain Procurement Store security
Maintaining stock levels
Monitoring and tracking hardware orders
Validation, allocation, and shipping of goods to local Tech Support
Receiving good, asset tagging, scanning and tracking
Obtaining accurate quotations, handling paperwork associate with purchases e.g. Invoices, P.O's etc
IT inventory, Asset Management and Reporting
Liaise with internal customers regarding order fulfilment and purchase queries
Work closely with Finance on reporting
Attend regular meetings with Procurement Teams in US/UK
Building relationships
Replenishing stock
Non- standard quotations and ordering
Qualification
Required
Good knowledge of MS Excel & Office (or similar)
Strong customer service skills
Good written and verbal communication
Good understanding of IT Hardware
Previous experience of IT Procurement or IT Buying Desk environment
Prior experience of working in an IT environment
SN experience
Preferred
IT related qualifications obtained through further education
Experience working in a media company
Knowledge of reporting
Experience of P2P
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Previous experience of working in a large global company
Understanding of Procurement or Buying Desk environment
