Oversee and provide vision for the Parts Department across all locations
Coach and mentor location Parts Managers
Manage P&L, budgeting, business planning, inventory control, and staffing
Manage OEM, distributor, and internal and external customer relationships and escalations
Achieve company expectations for sales volume and profitability
Cultivate an environment of accountability and professional development
Hold to the organization’s Core Values and Customer Service Excellence focus
Frequent travel required, with rotations to each Parts location in California and Texas
Qualification
Required
