LHH is partnering with our client to hire a Legal Billing Analyst. In this role, you’ll manage the full billing cycle—draft review/edits, e‑billing, A/R tracking, and invoice submissions—while partnering closely with attorneys and operations.

Responsibilities

Review/edit billing drafts and prepare e‑bills & statements
Submit invoices via email/online portals; track A/R and follow up on past‑dues
Maintain accurate client/rate data and billing codes; produce periodic reports

Qualification

Legal billing experienceAdvanced ExcelQuickBooksTABSAttention to detailProblem-solving

Required

2+ years in law firm/professional services billing
Advanced Excel
Strong attention to detail & problem-solving

Preferred

Experience with QuickBooks, TABS or similar systems
