VP Revenue (RCM) Systems Solutions

The Vice President of Enterprise IT Revenue System Solutions (RCM) serves as a trusted leader and partner, ensuring alignment between EIT and business stakeholders while overseeing strategy, solution delivery, and value realization.
Responsibilities
Build and sustain strong relationships with senior business leaders, team members, and stakeholders to ensure EIT fully understands business needs and delivers effective solutions
Act as a liaison between business and technical resources, bridging perspectives to create shared understanding of process and solution requirements
Collaborate with business partner leadership to develop, validate, and maintain strategic roadmaps and prioritize portfolios for maximum value realization aligned with company objectives
Establish and manage business leaders’ expectations regarding EIT solution and service delivery
Communicate strategy, goals, and progress clearly and consistently to drive alignment across stakeholders
Work directly with business partners and IT teams to navigate roadblocks and mediate competing priorities
Identify opportunities and provide proactive recommendations to leverage technology to improve business results
Ensure initiatives are prioritized, resourced, and executed to deliver measurable value, intervening as needed to keep projects on track
Recommend, approve, and oversee projects and the enterprise IT portfolio to maximize business impact
Collaborate with other EIT leaders to select and implement cost-effective solutions consistent with enterprise principles
Monitor and assess risks associated with technology investments, purchases, and deployments
Inspire and develop a high-performing, collaborative team culture within the RSS team and across EIT and business stakeholders
Oversee the recruitment, retention, and professional development of RSS team staff, aligned with corporate budget and personnel policies
Ensure RSS team members and projects are aligned with business goals, operations, and enterprise infrastructure needs
Encourage innovation and support creative, cost-effective resolution of technical challenges
Develop, track, and manage annual operating and capital budgets for staffing, technology, and services
Oversee vendor, supplier, and consultant relationships and contracts to ensure high-quality, cost-effective delivery
Negotiate technology products and services with vendors and partners, pursuing master agreements to achieve economies of scale
Prepare business cases and cost/benefit analyses to justify technology investments and initiatives
Ensure EIT operations adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and corporate compliance requirements
Integrate information security architecture into enterprise IT solutions
Oversee the development and enforcement of IT policies and standards, including documentation, deployment, and testing practices
Regularly evaluate and improve technology standards to maintain competitive advantage
Ensure continuous delivery of IT services, monitoring systems, applications, and equipment for performance and reliability
Maintain professional expertise by engaging in ongoing learning consistent with enterprise technologies and methodologies
Ensure timely completion of project documentation, process tracking, and compliance reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, healthcare or related field preferred
A minimum of ten years of leadership experience
Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills required, including the ability to work diplomatically with a diverse workforce
Strong business engagement experience for product development, vision and prioritization
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong customer orientation, highly collaborative, positive and energetic, detail oriented
Experience coordinating simultaneous assignments by assessing project deadlines, establishing work priorities, and coordinating personal work schedules
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Experience with project management strategies to plan and execute complex activities
Resourcefulness, ingenuity, and maturity in decision-making and problem solving
Ability to work with minimal direction and supervision
Strong organizational and analytical skills accompanied by flexibility to quickly adapt to a changing business environment
Preferred
Prefer demonstrated experience implementing SaaS packages and other software solutions to support regulated business processes
