Account Manager - Partner Sales
Hawaiian Telcom is looking for an enthusiastic, people-first Account Manager to drive residential fiber growth through their reseller partner network. The role involves working closely with partners to enhance sales efforts, providing support, coaching, and tracking performance to increase fiber adoption among residents.

Responsibilities
Grow residential fiber sales through assigned reseller partners focused on 1-to-1, direct customer engagement
Support partners in converting homeowner and renter conversations into fiber installations
Identify neighborhoods, communities, and opportunities where reseller partners can maximize fiber adoption
Consistently achieve residential sales and program growth targets
Be the primary sales support and motivator for reseller partners selling directly to residential customers
Provide hands-on coaching, product knowledge, and sales messaging tailored to in-home or face-to-face selling
Share best practices for objection handling, value messaging, and closing residential fiber sales
Partner with marketing to roll out promotions, incentives, and local campaigns that drive sign-ups
Assist reseller partners with order questions, customer issues, and installation escalations
Help resolve order and service challenges quickly to protect the customer experience and sales momentum
Act as the bridge between reseller partners and internal teams to keep installs and activations moving
Support residential incentive programs designed to motivate direct sales performance
Assist with commission tracking, validation, and partner inquiries to ensure accurate and timely payouts
Actively promote incentive opportunities to keep reseller sales teams energized and focused on results
Track sales activity, conversions, and performance metrics across reseller partners
Monitor results, identify trends, and adjust strategies to drive higher residential fiber adoption
Celebrate partner wins and share success stories to build momentum across the program
Qualification
Required
Four years of High School or equivalent
2 to 4 years in related field
Preferred
2--4 years of experience in residential sales, direct sales, door-to-door, or customer-facing sales roles preferred
Experience supporting or working with reseller or partner sales teams a plus
Telecom, fiber, cable, or in-home services sales experience strongly preferred
