Responsibilities
Prepare quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations and supporting workpapers
Prepare income tax disclosures and footnotes in line with SEC and PCAOB requirements
Review state and federal tax returns
Assist with tax research and the implications of tax laws
Maintain internal controls around the tax process for accuracy
Assist with tax controversy/audits
Prepare technical tax memorandums
You are willing to perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
2+ years of public and/or industry tax experience
Experience preparing corporate and partnership tax returns
ASC 740 Accounting for Income Taxes experience
Strong accounting and analytical skills
Strong computer skills: proficiency in Tax software (OneSource, CCH, GoRS, etc.), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Alteryx experience a plus
Analytical mindset

Master's degree in taxation
