Driving leasing performance to meet and exceed occupancy and revenue goals
Leading by example. Coaching and motivating leasing teams to close more leases and celebrate wins
Analyzing traffic, conversion, and pricing data to develop smart leasing and revenue strategies
Making rental rate and concession recommendations that achieve or exceed proforma targets
Partnering with Operations to keep communities positioned at the top of their markets
Elevating the prospect experience through a luxury, hospitality-driven sales approach
Collaborating with Marketing to optimize lead sources and advertising ROI
