Responsibilities

Delivers tailored product demonstrations that clearly articulate InvoiceCloud’s value and accelerate deal progression
Supports revenue growth by providing timely, accurate technical input throughout the sales cycle
Assists in RFP and RFI responses to ensure competitive, technically sound submissions
Partners with prospective clients to understand business needs, technical environments, and compliance requirements
Aligns InvoiceCloud solutions to customer priorities within the financial services and insurance space
Addresses customer questions and concerns with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach
Owns technical aspects of the pre-sales process, including integrations, security, and compliance discussions
Acts as a liaison between Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure seamless handoff and alignment
Proactively stays current on industry trends, competitors, and platform enhancements
Translates complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for non-technical stakeholders
Leads customer-facing technical discussions with confidence and clarity
Leverages automation and AI-enabled tools to improve the efficiency and consistency of technical sales materials and responses

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or similar client-facing technical roles
Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and API integrations
Excellent presentation and communication skills

Preferred

Experience in financial services or fintech
